All projects are subject to a written proposal, agreed scope, timeline, and payment terms. Work will only begin once the proposal has been accepted and any required deposit or initial payment has been received.

Prices shown on the website are starting prices and are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is charged at 20% where applicable. Final pricing depends on project scope, functionality, content requirements, integrations, and strategic complexity.

Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Late payments may result in project delays, paused work, or additional charges where applicable.

Clients are responsible for providing required information, content, access, assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client feedback or content may affect project timelines.

Revision rounds and included changes will be defined in the project scope. Additional revisions, new requests, or changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Timelines may change due to project complexity, client feedback delays, third-party issues, or changes in scope.

Ownership of final deliverables will be defined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, ownership transfers only after full payment has been received. ErinX Studio may retain rights to underlying processes, frameworks, concepts, reusable components, and know-how.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ErinX Studio may display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, and social media.

Websites may use third-party platforms, plugins, tools, hosting, analytics, payment processors, or integrations. ErinX Studio is not responsible for third-party service outages, pricing changes, security incidents, or policy changes.

ErinX Studio builds websites with conversion, SEO foundations, and performance in mind. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or sales outcomes, as results depend on many factors outside our control.

Post-launch support and maintenance are only included where stated in the project proposal or selected care plan. Additional support may be quoted separately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ErinX Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the website or services.

Either party may terminate a project according to the terms set out in the written agreement. Fees may remain payable for work completed, time reserved, or costs incurred.
